Transparency Notice
The North Weld County Water District has completed a Transparency Notice in response to Senate Bill 09-087.
Senate Bill 09-087 ("SB09-087") places new legal requirements on all special districts organized or acting pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Title 32, Colorado Revised Statutes. SB09-087 requires all special districts to provide annual notice to their electors of certain, basic information about the district and its leadership and administration.
