Tap Fee Schedule

Pricing on Letter of Commitment will be honored 10 days from receipt of the letter
All prices are subject to change without prior notification

1. Full Standard Tap: ¾” Meter, Raw Water Fee ($8,500) Raw Water Storage Fee ($1,000), Plant Investment Fee ($7,500), and Distance Fee ($300 per Linear mile from Main Tank Site at Hwy 257/Hwy 14)
Allocation=228 Kgal
            a. No Lot Size Restrictions
            b. No Irrigation Water Proposed for Use

2. 75% Tap: ⅝” x ¾” Meter, 75% of the Full Standard Tap Fees.  Raw Water Fee ($6,375), Raw Water Storage Fee ($750), Plant Investment Fee ($5,625), and Distance Fee ($225 per Linear mile from Main Tank Site at Hwy 257/Hwy 14),
Allocation = 171 Kgal 

            For this option you must meet one of following requirements:
            a. Lot Size: Greater than .2 Acres (8,800 sq ft) but Less than .33 Acres
          (14,500 sq ft)
            b. Must Show Irrigation Rights/Well Permit (copy must be in file)

3. 50% Tap: ½” or ⅝” Meter, 50% of the Full Standard Tap Fees. Raw Water Fee ($4,250), Raw Water Storage Fee ($500), Plant Investment Fee ($3,750), and Distance Fee ($150 per Linear mile from Main Tank Site at Hwy 257/Hwy 14). 
Allocation = 114 Kgal

For this option you must meet one of following requirements:
a. Lot Size: Less than .2 Acres (8,800 sq ft)
b. Or by Board Approved Irrigation System (i.e. dedication of non-potable water to the District) or Board Approved Commercial Enterprise

4. Conservation / Blue Tap: ⅝” or ¾” Meter, Zero Plant Investment Allocation and Variable Water (May be combined with other Tap Options i.e. Conservation Blue Tap with a 75% Water if criteria are met). Raw Water Fee ($8,500 or Variable), Raw Water Storage Fee ($1,000 or Variable), Plant Investment Fee ($0), and Distance Fee ($0 per Linear mile from Main Tank Site at Hwy 257/Hwy 14). 
Plant Investment Allocation = 0 Kgal Water Allocation = 228 Kgal or Variable

For this option you must meet one of following requirements:
a. Lot Size: Must meet requirement for Full, 75% or 50% Tap as stated above

SURCHARGE RATES FOR EACH LEVEL ARE THE SAME.

WATER SURCHARGE: $0.10 / Kgal

PLANT INVESTMENT SURCHARGE:
0-456,000 gallons over Plant Investment Allocation $3.50 / Kgal
456,000 and up over Plant Investment Allocation $1.75 / Kgal

Water Transfers are allowed on all tap sizes to alleviate the water surcharge only. Plant Investment Surcharge will not be alleviated by transferring water.

Tap Upgrades are reviewed through the Water Tap Request Form by the engineer.  Upgrades can only be made in partial units to make a tap equal 100% then only full units may be purchased.
