NOTICE OF INTENT TO FIX OR INCREASE FEES, RATES, TOLLS, PENALTIES OR CHARGES FOR WATER SERVICE

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to § 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., the Board of Directors for the North Weld County Water District (the “District”) will consider fixing and/or increasing fees, rates, tolls, penalties, or charges for water service at a public meeting to be held on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 8:30 A.M., via teleconference.  Any interested member of the public may attend the public meeting by following the directions below:
