NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to § 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., the Board of Directors for the North Weld County Water District (the “District”) will consider increasing rates for non – potable service for Wildwing & Saddler Subdivisions service at a public meeting to be held on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 8:30 A.M., via teleconference.  Any interested member of the public may attend the public meeting by following the directions below:

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the District’s Board of Directors is not obligated to fix and/or increase fees, rates, tolls, penalties, or charges for water service at this time but will consider its options.
